This property has something for everyone!! The Artichoke River flows along a portion of the east border. The sellers say there is some great fishing for Northern Pike in a couple spots along the river here. When I walked this property I flushed a grouse, several deer also saw and heard some ducks and geese using the river system. The property has a 33’ easement from Highway 8 to get into the property. If a person was to build a driveway the property would be excellent to bring in a camper or build a hunting shack and get off grid a bit. There would be activities year round with the river running along it from fishing, canoeing, kayaking in the summer. Or hunting ducks, geese and trapping in the fall. Also with water along one side deer seem to run up and down the river system as well and be plentiful. Up in the NW corner of the property there is also a beaver pond creating more trapping opportunities as well added duck and goose hunting. The beaver pond, river create game funnel!!
